Zoom Meetings :
The Meeting Rooms ekm uses are two perpetual meetings associated with the calendrier@ekmarchitecture.com account, that possesses a business license. To update these meetings for security reasons, as should be done monthly or so, follow the instructions below.
How to create or edit a zoom meetings:
Log into the service: Zoom Sign In or sign open the zoom app
Sign in as:
Address: calendrier@ekmarchitecture.com
Password: Batcave
Schedule a meeting (dont click “scheduler” which is different)
On the app, go to home and click “schedule” to schedule a meeting
On the browser click “schedule” (near the join and host button)
For meetings with set times and dates, select the time and duration; you may select recurring meeting and set how often it reoccurs
For perpetual meetings, select “recurring meeting”, and in “Recurrence”, select “No Fixed Time” (Discouraged as the meeting won’t end unless deleted)
Fill in the other various fields. Make sure the meeting has a password, this is a minimum security.
Video On or Off decides if meeting participants join the meeting with their video automatically turned on; they can still turn it on or off in the meeting itself.
The invitees section lets zoom send invitations to the meeting to the entered recipients
In meeting options (bottom of the meeting settings), enable join before host is a must if you are not attending as calendrier. When authentication is required to join, the options can be to require a zoom account of any type, or to specify a zoom account where the associated email is specified, such as the ekm email domain. The standard is to keep it on with specified domains for internal ekm meetings, and to turn it off for meetings with external people.
Click save.
In the next screen, locate invite attendees, to the right side; click copy invitation. This meeting invitation can be sent to the meeting attendees.
